***THIS IS FOR THE NEST DOORBELL WIRED GEN 1, NOT GEN 2***
I am running the nest app on my Samsung Galaxy S21+. This problem has persisted since AndroidOS Version 13 and now after updating to 14, it is still a problem.
Whenever someone rings the doorbell, I receive the notification that someone has done so. When I click on the notification for it to take me directly to the live feed of doorbell camera, the feed stays stuck on a loading screen and never displays the live feed.
This is frustrating because this is the entire purpose of the doorbell camera. I should be able to see who's at the door at a moments notice. Not being able to see through my phone forces me to go to answer the door unprepared (which is especially annoying where there are door to door marketers in the neighborhood).
The feed works fine during any other time when I manually go in through the app and see the feed (when no one has rang the doorbell). It just doesn't make sense for it to not load the feed at the most crucial time of need.

Hello Zmk965,
Thanks for posting her in the Community. I'm here to assist you with your Nest doorbell issue. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. I’d like to confirm the status of the LED light on the Nest doorbell when someone presses on the doorbell button.
I look forward to your response.
Best,
Edmond
