Nest Wired Camera connection issues

I was trying to connect my nest wired camera to the Google home app and have tried all the troubleshooting steps even doing a factory reset to it but it does not seem to connect. I have been trying to connect it to the app and the light is a slow blinking blue which it seems it is trying to connect but does not show up as a device in the Google home app. How should I go about connecting it?

2. What error message do you see at the moment of pairing?
