Nest account via Bluetooth

I have logged into a nest account thst wad available on my Bluetooth. I've managed to connect my Google account to it. I was worried I was being watched (abusive ex partner) how can I view what products are linked to the account and if cameras where are they? Is this illegal? Illegal on my part first of all...I simply signed in, didn't hack an account or anything...Illegal if it is found to be pointing sy my addresses without permission.  I am u sure about any of it tbf I'm not very technically minded

Thanks for reaching to Community. When you sign in to the Google Home or Nest app, the homepage will display all the connected devices associated with your account. For instance, if your account includes a Nest doorbell or Nest camera, you will see live feeds with the assigned camera names. However, if the homepage only shows the name of the home structure and no devices, it means that there are no devices associated with that account.
