Hi, need help to connect google account with Nest camera, I now pay for an account but my camera will not store pictures for more than the same day. I think it is an account problem

I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's clear this out. Are you using the same email for your Nest camera and Nest Aware subscription? Also, is the Nest camera in the home where your subscription is?
You need to make sure that your Nest camera is on the email and home that has the Nest Aware subscription. If not, you can check this article on how to move your Nest camera to a different home for steps.
