I'd like to download 1h+ clips. 5 minutes is a joke

Why If I have 30 days at my fingertips can't I download it (at least something reasonable)??? Makes 0 sense. All my private moments in your servers and no way for my own videos to make it to my nas storage (beyond 5 measly minutes). Please someone explain

I have many devices and all are the latest gen:

Nest hub max, doorbell (wired), indoor cameras, outdoor cameras and nest thermostats

I use Google home on my phone and web browser on my PC. I also use the nest app on my phone and my PC. The nest app can download up to 1h but it only works with the nest hub max, other devices don't show up

Thanks for the reply. I understand that you have many devices on your Google Homer app.  In this case you're right you can only get 5 minutes of video clips on the Google Home app and 1 hour on the Nest app. I'm sorry for the inconvenience,
