Nest battery camera identifies everyone as the same person, I can't view history on this site either

I don't know when this started, but we just got packages stolen and want to find other video of the resident to identify them, but that person is just "Person" in my google home app.  I can't seem to use the feature that lets me mark the person with a name and search for other footage of them in the home app.  The camera doesn't show up in the nest app at all either and I think this feature is just missing in the home app completely.  I pay a subscription to be able to access video history and I can't seem to be able to actually access it from this website, what is going on?

I can't tell whether you have the Google Nest Camera (Battery) (which we've had for 4 months) or the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery). If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription and the Google Nest Camera (Battery) is plugged in, you get 24/7 history that you can access by going to the camera in the Google Home app, selecting "History" and then selecting "Full History". With the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) you can only get event history, even if it is wired. We don't have one, so I don't know how you access event history, but it would have to be in the Google Home app.

The Google Nest doorbells and cameras that were released starting in the fall of 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app, and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.

I' m just a customer who happens to have a Google Nest Camera (Battery) along with older Nest cameras and doorbells.  I haven't used the familiar face detection.
