Had an older wired Nest doorbell with a Nest Aware subscription. Never migrated to Google Home. Just got a new battery Nest doorbell. It is getting video, and makes a sound when pressed. But,
1) I cannot get any notification on my iPhone when the doorbell is rung. Live video does show however.
2) Cannot get my Mac migrated properly (apparently) to Google Home. It will not show live video.
3) None of my 3 Nest thermostats are showing and it will not add them no matter how many times I scan the code on the back
4) I had Nest Aware, but I cancelled the subscription based on something I read somewhere. I want to resubscribe after this is resolved
Very frustrated and confused. Any help appreciated.

1) Do you have notifications enabled for the Google Home app under Settings | Notifications on your iPhone? Have you enabled notifications for specific events for your battery doorbell in the Google Home app, under Settings | Events | Seen events?
2) I don't know what you mean by migrating your Mac to Google Home. There is no such thing. We have an iMac and can see a livestream of all of our cameras at home.google.com.
3) Did you migrate your Nest Account to a Google Account prior to installing your battery doorbell in the Google Home app? If you did NOT, then you have 2 Nest Accounts, the one you had originally where your Nest thermostats still are and the one created when you installed your battery doorbell. 3) I don't think I did but the link wasn't helpful. Sorry, I'm not savvy with this type of stuff.
I signed out of my Nest account and signed back in with my Google account. I tried to add a product (Nest thermostat) and it asked me to take a pic of the bar code, then it asked me to type in the code shown on the display, but there was none. Thoroughly confused.

Try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in the post below. One of the contact options is a callback at your number, and they often (depending on the time of day) call back in less than a minute. They can walk you through the process.
You probably need to use the process outlined under the "Error message: Google Account is already linked with another Nest account" topic in the link I provided, but we don't have Nest thermostats, and so I'm not comfortable suggesting how to remove and reinstall them.
