Wondering if there is a way to replace my lens.. someone brushed up against the lens and now it has a smudged scratch on the very tip of the lens that blurs out everyone's face.  I don't love Tony to replace the whole entire camera or is there a way to buff that out if not exchange the lens

Google Nest does not sell spare parts, but you could try contacting Google Nest Support to see if they'll replace your battery doorbell under the 1-year warranty:

nest lens 2.jpgnest lens.jpgHello, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Sorry for my delayed reply. I have a spot on my lens that doesn't allow the nest to identify anyone because their face is blurred out.
