There is no wall mount with the 2 nest cam iq that I recently purchased.
I understand they should be included. Can I get some help with this?

What specific type of Nest IQ cameras are these? Are they the indoor or outdoor ones? Also, when and where were they bought? Please tell me more so I can dig deeper into it.

These are 2 nest IQ indoor cams. I chatted with support for over an hour and finally got them to send me wall plates. I have a Case ID [6-############2174].
RMA51181928 and RMA82405088 for replacement wall plates 0############-EF.
It has been almost 2 weeks since the case was initiated and there has been no updates.
Can you get these wall plates sent to me?

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your replacement! I am afraid that we cannot provide you with an ETA. We do not process replacements ourselves I am afraid.
