Hello, I need some help setting up my nest camera. I got it brand new from my work and when I am setting it up, it says it is already linked to another account. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

The only time you should get a "Camera is connected to another account" error message is if the camera has been previously installed in the Google Nest app, either on your account or on someone else's account.
If the person who installed the camera is unable to remove the camera from their Google Nest app while connected to their Wi-Fi network, Google Nest says you can wait up to 60 days until the previous owner's video history has expired:
