Nest camera keeps going offline

Have four Nest outdoor cameras (all set up on solar). About six weeks ago, one of them started alerting that it was offline. At first, it would happen maybe once a day. It has gradually gotten worse. Now it drops close to ten times a day. It is the only one having issues. We have removed the device and reinstalled it. We have done a factory reset. We have restarted the router several times. Nothing has worked. 

All cameras are on our 2.4  - and nothing else is experiencing problems. Wondering if there’s something up with this specific camera. Please advise.

• Have you tried charging the Nest Camera Outdoor directly with a USB cable to see if the issue persists when the battery is full?
