Recently my Nest aware account was cancelled because it was still connected to an old credit card. So I updated my card info and purchased a new Nest aware account. That didn't work for some reason as I didn't have more than an hour of history for my camera on the app. Eventually I cancelled the subscription to try again to see if there was an issue with the Nest aware linking to my account, even though the subscription was bought through my Nest/Google account. When I cancelled the subscription, that also deleted the camera from the app for some reason. And obviously when I try and re-add my camera to the app it says the camera is linked to another account. Obviously it is, it's linked to my account. How do I fix this mess?

Since this involves Nest Aware, maybe you could try the contact link under the "Nest Aware Premier Care" section on this Google Nest Help page:
