For some reason Nest logged me out of my account so I had to sign back in. I got to the point where Nest says "verification code sent to email" but no email is received. The email address that Nest indicates they sent the code to is the correct email associated with the account. I've checked all spam and junk folders but no luck. This account is used to monitor a child with special needs so this could potentially be a very dangerous situation. It's unbelievable that Nest provides no service where a PERSON can address what is a serious issue. Please tell me how to resolve this issue quickly.

To contact someone in Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
