The first thing I'd try is to factory reset your camera. If that doesn't help, what happens when you try to add your camera to the app? What colour is the LED on the camera? Are there any errors in the app?

I had the same issue. During setup, the wifi signal was too weak and it wanted to update. I got frustrated and accidentally removed it from the Google home app. Now it's as if it never existed. It's not discoverable. The floodlights work. The camera has a solid green light. When I attempt to add new device, I scan QR, get to the point where it says connecting to device and I get "try moving closer to your nest camera (battery)" which isn't even the product I choose to install. How can I get a refund or replacement?

If it's showing a solid green light that usually means your camera is turned on, connected to Wi-Fi, and is processing images in its view. As I suggested above, did you try factory resetting your camera? You should then be able to set it up again as new.
