Setting up a Nest camera and following the instructions. Scanned the QR code and selected the device. Plug in the cable (not sat in the magnetic bracket) and get the white light and the chime but the light does not turn blue. Already set up another camera OK. Any suggestions (the camera has been fully charged).

Thanks for the info and replies. I fixed the issue with a system reset using the button the back of the camera. After I went through that routine I was able to set the device up. This is the sort of function I would expect to be notified about within "supplied instructions". I eventually found out about this button having trawled through all the "why it won't work Q&A's".
