I have several Nest 1st gen cameras. Comcast upgraded me to Xfinity XB6 router due to poor connection with their old router. I cannot attach my Nest cameras to my Network. Is there a way to do so or do I have to purchase new cameras. What modern Google Nest units work with Xfinity? I have Nest aware until November.

Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings for its cameras and doorbells. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711). That's what we did when we upgraded our modem a couple of years ago, and we didn't have to update any of our Google Nest devices. (We have Xfinity also.)
If you can't do that, then you'll have to do a factory reset on each camera and doorbell; the problem is that, on older 1st gen cameras, you can only do a factory reset by removing them from the Google Nest app while still on your old Wi-Fi network (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162). On SOME older cameras, you can reset Wi-Fi settings from within the Google Nest app, but again you need to do that while on your old Wi-Fi network.
