Nest connect will not install. After scanning the bar code I get error NA016. App having trouble con

Try to add Nest Lock and first step is to install Next Connect. It will not install. After scanning bar code get errror message NA016. App having problems connecting to the assisting Nest device. The only Nest device on Nest App is wired Nest Hello. I have 4 new cameras but they are all on google Home App.

How do you manually install Nest Connect? It will not get past this step

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. You should be able to plug in the Nest Connect, and you should be able to set it up in the Nest App. That error code indicates that it is a connectivity issue that is stalling the install. Try to restart the wifi, and try again.
