Nest deurbel batterij

Ik kan mijn Nest deurbel niet meer installeren na het opladen. Na het verwijderen terug willen installeren via Home app. lukt niet. Blauw lampje pulseert niet meer. Wifi thuis is goed.

Deurbel al gereset (flikkeren van 4 keer Geel lampje).

Kunnen jullie me helpen?
