Time to get in touch with Google regarding this issue I filled the form with they supposed to return you an email no more information everything at 10 touch fail the worst customer service they have experience buying a product. No one have help me. I try to Google contact number not either I try to reach him via Twitter then I get an answer either help me to resolve this issue if anyone that be helpful. Thank you.
