My battery nest doorbell won’t charge. I have tried to factory reset it after reading on this in the community chats. I have also made sure it’s not the cord, charging block or the outlet. When I try to factory reset it, it blinks blue but still won’t hold a charge? It’s not even a year old yet. Purchased June 30th 2024. Any ideas? Can I fill out a form for a replacement?
