Nest doorbel not working anymore after 14 months

Hello,

My nest doorbell was working very well since 14 months and it starts having problem 2 weeks ago when receiving on my phone a message telling that it's disconnected. I got this message several times during some days.

As of 3 days ago, it doesn't work at all anymore. I start to reinstall, factory reset,...everything without success.

All buttons stay off, without lights, but sometimes, the blue circle start to light up, blink a little bit, then the small green light at the top lights suddenly and just after, everything stop lighting (I made a video if you want). So impossible to reconnect or reinstall.

Any idea about the issue ?
