Nest doorbell Gsuite account?

Can someone explain to me why my gsuite account can't have my doorbell added? Like, I only have a gsuite account and a pile of other google devices that work.

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am afraid that you cannot use a G Suite account. Only a standard Google email will work. Sorry for the inconvenience!
