Nest doorbell (battery) Camera stopped working

My doorbell stopped working Wednesday. I've contacted support on this issue twice and got no where. I'm reset it. Recharge it for a whole day. Deleted the home app and still my camera will not turn on. The door bell rings but The camera will not show who is at the door. Any help would be appreciated.
