Nest doorbell battery

Doorbell stopped locking into mount.

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand how frustrating it must be to have your Nest Doorbell not lock into its mount properly. This can be a real inconvenience. To better understand and pin down the issue, I'm going to ask some questions:

• Could you please specify the exact model of your Nest doorbell?
• Have you noticed any damage to the doorbell mount or the doorbell itself?

Could you post a picture of your doorbell as well to see exactly what the issue is?

I have the battery model. My friend used a tweezer to pull out the little bump on the back top portion of the doorbell. Now it clicks in.
