Nest doorbell connected to different account

Need help with doorbell

I have connected my Nest doorbell wired account to old Neat account which is not connected to my google account. Everything was working good for a day then it started to migrate my account to google. I followed the steps and successfully migrated my nest account to google. Now I can no longer connect my doorbell to the new migrated account. It says the doorbell is connected to a different account. I tried factory rest that also didn’t work. It’s very frustrating and I need your support.

thanks!

I'm just another Google Nest customer. I'd suggest contacting Support starting with the link below. I can't follow what has happened in your case, since it's not possible to install the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell on an old Nest Account on the Google Nest app.
