Nest doorbell has a blinking green light, stopped working

My near doorbell stopped working and now it has a flashing green light. It does not connect to my internet, and it also stopped as a regular doorbell. I tried resetting from the back reset button, I tried connecting to my laptop through USB and it still is a blinking green light. What do I do?

I have this one for the last 4-5 years and this is the first time I have had a blinking green light issue.

I've seen other posts about a flashing green status light on the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, but Google Nest does not document what it means:

For a factory reset, you have to press both the reset button and the doorbell button:

I tried this and it doesn’t work. Time to call Google and see if they can provide a replacement.
