Nest doorbell missing events

I have the battery operated nest doorbell which has always missed some events. However, recently it has begun missing more and more events. Yesterday it missed the delivery of two packages placed directly under the doorbell. Today it missed the mail delivery. The camera says it has seven weeks of power left. Wi-Fi signal is strong. When I go to history on the app it has no history for yesterday or today.

What can be done to address this issue? Thank you

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Did you make any changes to your camera or Wi-Fi network? Do you have an Activity zone set up in the Google Home app? Also, do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? Keep us posted.
