4 month old Nest Hello Doorbell
Lost camera video, app says it is offline.
Doorbell doesn’t work when button is pushed.
Solid green light at top of doorbell.
No blue or yellow ring light.
Reset by pushing the button on the back of the doorbell. Solid green light came back on. Nothing else happened.
Force closes the app.
Restarted iPhone.
Plugged doorbell into computer, nothing happened except green status light turned on.
Strong WiFi signal at the doorbell.
18.8 volts coming from wires.
Factory reset didn’t work. While pushing the reset button and doorbell button, nothing happened.
Removed doorbell from Nest app. Tried to reinstall on app but it didn’t work. Scanned QR code, went through the install process, no audible sounds and no blue ring light.
Any suggestions???
