Nest doorbell notifications for different users

My wife and I have separate profiles for our Google home app linked to our home which has our nest doorbell. 
My wife only wants notifications for when someone rings the doorbell. I want notifications for anyone seen in the zone. 
Is it possible to have different settings for different house members?
Every time I change the settings in one member it changes in the other.

I'm not sure what you mean by "separate profiles for our Google Home app". It seems from what you describe that you may both be logging into the Google Home app using the same Google (gmail) Account.

The way it should work is that you have gone into the Google Home app and added your wife as a "Home member" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9155535?hl=en&sjid=257150707749845331-NC#zippy=%2Cinvit...). She needs a Google (gmail) account for this, and needs to accept the invitation, and then uses her Google (gmail) account to log into the Google Home app (and the Google Nest app, if appropriate), where she can set her own notification options.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear. Didn’t know how to describe it. Yes she is logged in under her own separate gmail account. And when we adjust her notification settings. It also adjust in mine. Even though we are logged in as our own respective gmail accounts.

I don't know how that is possible. Are you logging into the Google Home app (and the Google Nest app if you use it) with your own separate Google (gmail) Accounts? Are you logged into Google with each others' Google (gmail) accounts anywhere on your phones?

You could each try logging out of the Google Home app on each of your phones and logging back in.

I have logged out both accounts and removed the other account from the home. Both accounts still with same notifications. Maybe making the other account a non ‘manager’ but I can’t seem to find where to change that setting.

I don't understand why this is happening on your account. There is no non-manager permission level; everyone in a Google Nest "home" has full access.

Perhaps you should contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
