The front plastic on my 2 year old Nest Hello (hardwired) doorbell started cracking recently. Today I noticed the plastic is also peeling off. It seems I am not the only one in this. For how expensive this doorbell is I am pretty frustrated that it is already having issues. Can you help me with this issue Google?

Have tried to speak with several different people today and they have all had the call disconnect in the middle of trying to assist me. Very frustrating google. What can you do to help resolve this issue???

Several people on your forum have had the same issue within the same time frame and you have processed a claim for a new one. What is different about my situation? Kind of ridiculous when I paid almost $300 for something that doesn’t even work now to years later.
