Hello. I recently noticed my Nest hello doorbell peeling on the front. I was surprised to see this, but noticed that many other people are experiencing the same issue. My doorbell is definitely not under warranty anymore. But, I would like to see if I could get it replaced. The doorbell is obviously outside, but doesn’t get much sun and/or rain. Does anyone know who I can contact to explain this issue to? Thanks

Since Google Nest says they "cannot" replace peeling doorbells that are past the 1-year warranty, we bought silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards on two of our Nest Hello Doorbells.

Very displeased that you are rendering my dropcams useless in 2024 without any exchange offer.
the majority of my cameras are branded nestcam. Are these still safe?

I guess I need to do more homework cause I’m not sure what form you’re speaking of.
it really sucks when you buy a product that is still working and the manufacture decides when you can no longer use it.
I’m looking forward to some sort of a rebate on replacement product that they are rendering obsolete

Same issue here. My doorbell camera is not exposed to any harsh conditions. I. E. Always in the shade and protected from the elements
