Nest doorbell shows snapshots only (no videos in history)

Hi,

Just bought my Nest doorbell (wired) and installed the nest app and also imported the doorbell into the google home app. If I get a message that there is movement or a person spotted i can only see snapshots but no play button in the nest app or google home app. there is no sign thtat this would be a video only snapshots are shown. I use an iPhone XS with IOS 15. Live stream is working well.

Hope you can tell me what I can do to fix this.

Same for me. I think I'd you want video then you have to pay for it. I have read about there being three hours of free video but I've not come across that yet despite my efforts.

So what you’re saying is that you need a cloud membership to see videos??
