My next door neighbor uses a video jammer to jam my security cameras. They are now jamming my Nest doorbell video when someone walks up to my house. Thankfully, I can hear the doorbell ring, but I’m not alerted of sound or motion. Is there a solution. I’ve contacted the police, but was told I need proof. Is there anything I can do to make the video work?

Hey AnnieT,
Sorry to hear about your experience and thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community.
I'm afraid that in cases like this, there's really nothing much that we can do as this needs to have the police department involved. It's best to reach out to them again and work out what needs to be done so this can be resolved.
Best,
Melba

Yes, I would like assistance, if there is a solution. When a delivery is made whether it is FedEx, UPS, or a Prime truck, my next door neighbor s uses a Wi-Fi jammer to block the doorbell video for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
