There are two of us as managers in our home. The other home manager has ability to view more than three hours recording history. I do not.
Why is this!? How do I correct it!?
It wouldn't make sense for us each to pay for a nest aware subscription. Subscriptions re device applied and not used based, right?
It may be worth mentioning that I am the creator of the account and he was invited into the home as a manager as well.
Also, I am android and he is iOS.

A Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription applies to all the cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure". If either of you go to your camera in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, you should see the same Nest Aware subscription information.
It does not make sense that the other person in your household wouldn't have access to the same history. He could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app to see if that resolves it.
