Nest doorbell wired 2nd Gen mounting plate replacement

Jipreston

I have a nest wired 2nd gen doorbell, but do not have the mounting bracket for it.  Sometime between opening the box several weeks ago and today the bracket went missing and I need to get a replacement. Where or how can I get a replacement mounting bracket?

For this I'm guessing you will need to reach out to Google  directly.  They have a customer support number. This is largely a group of Google users and not Google the company.

We've never found a customer support number. You could try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in this post:

As a backup I was able to 3d print the back mounting plate, but will reach out to Google Support as well and see where that gets me.

Thanks

Hi Jipreston,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience on your Nest doorbell . We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. Please fill out this form with all the needed information. Let me know once you’re done.

Thanks for the help, @MplsCustomer.

Best,
Edmond

Chatted with support yesterday.  They shipped out replacement parts, sadly those parts were for the Nest Hello and not the Wired Doorbell Second Gen.  Going back to chat with support again
