Nest doorbell (wired) field of view has changed

Have had my nest doorbell camera for two years now (have loved it) and within the past week or two, the field of view has changed. Had a zone setup to see my front door and step and also could move the camera view to include my walkway. Now I can only see my front door (no step) and 1/4 of my walkway. I tried to create a new zone thinking, somehow something happened but cannot move the camera view down to the step and back to my walkway, as it was before. Am I missing something or did google "update" the camera and no longer has the field of view that it came with?

UPDATE:  After searching online, I came up with this info....this has resolved the issue. Now I need to figure out how that change happened. Thanks for the help!

@BadBro

If you've had your doorbell for 2 years, then you must have a Google Nest Hello Doorbell and not the new Google Nest Doorbell (Battery). Is it possible you inadvertently turned on the "Enhance" feature, which zooms your doorbell's camera when it is recording? See the help link below and look under "Enhance with Nest app". The last sentence tells you how to turn off "Enhance".

Thank you for your reply. When I was filling out the form, the drop down menu did not list the wired doorbell option (I wonder why?) so I picked the battery operated one as I thought it was close enough. I checked the link that you provided and did not find anything that would help me solve my problem. Something has changed in the app or software and I now have a doorbell camera that is no good to me. It worked fine one day and the next day I went to check it (while on vacation) and I could not see my step in front of the door and the walkway any longer. Yes the camera is two years old and is the Nest Home app.

It worked fine until last week. I tried to set up a new zone and still not get the camera to scan to my step and walkway as it was set up for the first two years of operation.
