My nest doorbell gen 1 wired just went offline 2 days ago and I can’t get it to reconnect. I have restarted it, I have also factory reset it and I have tried to set it back up with my phone. Note it won’t connect to the phone in order to set it up. I’m not sure if the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi radios are broken on it or what is going on.
