Nest doorbell (wired) holiday theme missing

I have an older nest doorbell(wired) sn ################ and the tab for holiday themes is not in the app any longer. Is this an app issue or is this hardware no longer supported?

Google Nest has apparently not yet enabled holiday themes for the upcoming Halloween holiday. In another post, the customer was told by support that they didn't know when it would be enabled, or for which doorbells.

I am having this same issue, it’s not showing up in the app any longer. The nest website says October 1st it will be available, but it’s past that. I have the Nest Hello so I hope they still have the option soon.

The "Doorbell theme" option is now available under Settings for our doorbells in our Google Nest app.
