Nest doorbell

Recently changed WiFi to different company set up my nest speaker then doorbell. The doorbell shows up in my and my daughter’s phone but not my wife’s phone. How can I get it in her phone I have restarted her phone deleted the app and reinstalled. Still  the doorbell doesn’t show up in the home app.

Thanks for reaching out in the community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're not able to view your Nest doorbell on your wife's phone. Don't worry, I'm here to help.

Since you're able to view your Nest doorbell on other devices, please make sure you're trying to sign in to your wife's phone using the email account that was used to set up the doorbell. Also you can invite your wife as a family member so she will be able to view your Nest doorbell using her own email address.
