Anyone else have an issue? When installing new camera it updates then it goes to install and fails.
I get a message from the app saying something went wrong.
When I factory reset it, it goes to downloading now and sets at zero and won't change anyone else experiencing these issues?
I already spoke with customer service. They sent me a new device and it did the same thing.
Even switched out my router and tried installing it with a iOS device instead of my pixel 7. Same issues present.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you have right now. Let's see what we can do. To confirm, how far is your Nest camera from your router? Are you getting any error messages?
Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
