I have three nest camera working perfectly. Fourth has great light on as soon as plugged unable to get it connected to google home or nest app. Had previously been set up in house but not used due to poor WiFi in intended room.

If you're getting a green light when it's powered on, that should mean your camera is connected to Wi-Fi. If it was previously set up in the Google Home app or Google Nest app, it should still be there unless you removed it. If your camera is one of the new ones released starting in the fall of 2021, it will work only in the Google Home app; if it's an older camera, it is still administered in the Google Nest app. Have you checked whether the camera appears in any of your rooms in the Google Home app or Google Nest app?

Thank you. That’s exactly what I though. I cannot see it on either. Maybe I should do a factory reset?

I don't know. I'd be concerned it's showing a green light. Is it possible you previously set up the camera in another "home" in the Google Nest app or Google Home app? (I can't tell whether your camera is one of the new ones or not.) Or that you set up on a different Wi-Fi in your home? Or that you previously set up the camera using a different Nest or Google account? Any of those would explain why your camera's green light is indicating "Everything is working normally - "Your Nest camera is turned on, connected to a Wi-Fi network, and is streaming video."

If that is the case, then I think you'll first need to remove the camera from the previous "home" or Wi-Fi network or account before doing a factory reset and trying to install it again. Otherwise you might get a "Camera is connected to another account" while trying to set it up, and will be unable to continue.
