Hi, I’m having trouble with getting my chime to work both the front door and back door Nest Hellos show video and ring on the actual device itself but my upstairs and downs stairs chimes don’t ring at all but instead just have a buzzing feed back sound that goes on and off randomly. I understand this is most likely due to incorrect wiring as they are both 4 terminal chimes I’m not quite sure what the proper wiring is. If anyone could provide a wiring diagram that would be very helpful. Also I’m not sure if it’s worth mention but I’m addition to the 2 Nest Hellos there is another normal doorbell which wasn’t working prior but was wondering if that also affects the wiring. Thanks so much.

Hi there, MM.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you. Yes, you can setup multiple Nest Hello doorbells on a chime. Please note that these configurations require a higher powered transformer, with 24V+20VA or 16V+30VA.
Check the wiring diagrams below for both US and UK setup:
Please let me know if you need further assistance with this issue. I look forward to your response.
Best Regards,
Brad.
