My nest doorbell wired cannot be connected to my wifi.
I recently chnaged intenret providers , I removed the doorebell form the Google home app, I then factory reset using the reset button and held for 10 mins.
When I try to add it just fails and says reset nest doorbell
I have reset 5 times and no success
I have a Google nest wifi pro and interestingly it shows nest Hello as a device(probably my doorbell) but I cant see any thing on home

What doorbell do you actually have?
If you have the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell as indicated in your post, the factory reset instructions are here:
AND you have to reinstall it in the Google Nest app, not in the Google Home app indicated in your post.
IF, however, you had "transferred" your 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell to the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, then it seems--judging from posts in this forum--that re-installation can be iffy, and you might want to try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

In that case, I THINK the re-install has to happen in the Google Home app, but I've seen posts indicating that the re-install of a "transferred" Nest Hello can be problematic. Or it could be that your Nest Hello is not factory resetting; are you seeing confirmation of the reset as documented in the online help? In any case, contacting Support might be your only recourse, and hope you get a Support person familiar with re-installing a "transferred" Nest Hello in the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app.

I've been unable to add my Nest IQ Outdoor camera back to the Google Home app after transferring to the Home and restoring it. It does know I need to use the Home app and gets through the wifi setup, but then hangs "getting things ready" or whatever and times out. I think it be something on their end that transferred cameras/doorbells won't set up properly.
In my case it gets added to the device list but just says Offline.

My solution ended up being to turn of IPV6 on my router. Worked perfectly. I was able to turn it back on after setup.

Unfortunately, the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app has been in that beta status for over two years, and Google Nest says "Public Preview features are released early and you may encounter issues while using this experience. It may not perform as well as the standard app, but you can provide feedback for improvements." (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Blog/Expanded-support-rolling-out-all-Nest-Cams-can-transfer-...)
That's one of several reasons we're not using it, besides the fact that it is still missing many Nest app functions.
