Nc4100gb  camera won't power on stopped working   basically  dead  submitted  a warranty  claim heard nothing back it just said working  on case for you an in progress  , now nothing any help much appreciated  camera just over 12 months  old  an is now useless  is there  an email or any way to contact  Google

I'd suggest either following up with any email correspondence you may have received (as long as it's not a no reply email), or contact support and tell them the case reference you already have open.

They replied  today hopefully  I don't end up with an expensive  paper weight

A senior  supervisor  is calling me today  I spoke with a lady two days ago as the camera  is discontinued  she told me it would be a refund  for the camera  as they cannot replace it,so I will hopefully  find out today what the process is on how to obtain  this  . Hopefully  it's straightforward  as I've been passed  to 3 people  now .I will update with an out come  thaks fo replying

Camera  all boxed up an posted  to Poland once the wearhouse  check the contents  a refund will be issued  10 to 14 days
