All of a sudden no power spent 3 hours on char to find I was talking to us chat line, I am UK and then spent couple hours on another chat and then they said I need to speak with someone else so transfered my chat then again got so far and then wouldn't help as from us again, I have now removed camera and tried in my other outdoor IQ plug and still doesn't work so therefore the camera is at fault and I need replacement sent out but nothing for a top of rang Camera this shouldn't happen after a year and this is 2nd one I'm on as 1 one was faulty also

This happened to my IQ camera. unfortunately, mine was out of warranty.
Google did send me a new cable to try when I reported it to them but the camera had completely died, I'm guessing water ingress.
Think I paid nearly £400 for it when I got it and it lasted 3 years...
