Hi, just looking for any feedback. I mounted my google nest outdoor cam on the outside of the front of the house. We live in Tucson. Will this thing hold up in 100+ temperatures in the summer?

Yes it will withstand the temperature not 100% sure about if the camera will be ok from the direct sun light but I promise that you will have constant wifi connection issues as it is notoriously dropping the connections where other brand cameras have no issues.

We have our two exposed Google Nest outdoor cameras mounted under the "SDS DS-1250ZJ Universal Sun Rain Shade Camera Cover Shields for Outdoor Camera" (obtained on Amazon) and they do a good job protecting the cameras from Minnesota snow and rain as well as shielding from some of the direct sun in the summer. (We also do not have constant WiFi connection problems, but I guess that's another issue.)

Given the error message for my 2 new camera failures in cold weather (15 degrees F) is "Extreme Weather" and not just cold, I would have minimal expectations it would take the heat.
