The camera just ran out of power. I normally just charge it up again and put it back out once it's full. But this time it's not charging. No white light. I check the app and it just says offline. Any idea what the issue could be

Other customers in this forum have also reported problems charging their Google Nest Camera (Battery) with the included charge cord.
I think there may be defective cameras or charge cords. We've had our Google Nest Camera (Battery) for one year now, plugged in with the optional power cable, and it's "Live" all the time, with the battery charge level at 77% to 100%.
