Nest outdoor q cameras

Two of my cameras stopped working - diff elec circuits.

cannot reconnect- tried we code, nothing,  used 6 digit code- goes through setup process, then ask for last digits of serial number, then app locks- no place to put numbers.  Get a nc023 code also.

had tech come out - he had no luck either.  Surely, two cameras did not die at same time.

 

also a side comment;  many comments about not having at code or 6 digit code.  Put data design on nests/googles part as that info should be in a database at time of manufacturer.  I can get to me in for:  $185 tech visit.

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.

Worked with help desk, did factory reset, got one camera going after 90 minutes.  Checked two days later to reinstall and it was out again.  Trying to follow earlier steps again.
