Nest ring doorbell wiring kit

I have a Google Nest doorbell installed by ADT.  Installer told me he put the wires in the box if we wanted to wire it instead of charging the camera/doorbell.  After a few months, it got old to charge and wanted to hard wire it to the doorbell only to find the installer took the wires.  ADT and Nest both say they can't send me wires to hook up.  How can I acquire the wiring kit for this doorbell?

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell any spare parts.

Your only chance is to contact Support, using the link and instructions in this post, to see if they'll replace your chime puck and wires under the 1-year warranty:

They said they would need to send me out a whole new camera and not just the wires.
