I cannot hear a person talking thru the camera, it is muted/barely audible.
Person can hear me, but we can barely hear them with phone volume on full.
It sounds like there could be debris in the microphone hole on your nest doorbell, or the microphone hole is blocked somehow. you can try cleaning the microphone hole out carefully.
I did have a look at the little microphone hole and it does not appear to have any blockage or debris.
Has it always been this way or is this a new problem? If this is a new problem I would suggest a factory reset might fix any possible software issues that have caused this
This was a replacement nest sent to me as my previous one would never connect to wifi which was confirmed by nest support via video. So it's always been like this since I received the replacement (I suspect a refurbished one)
